Comments: There are many good features in the update to software. Most notable improvement are: orthogonal projections, Analyze format (for input), more versatile choice of segmentation parameters, and the ability to annotate images using rectangular rois. The user interface seems a bit more sluggish than in the past, but brain segmentation is as fast as the original release. The manual paint tool is very convenient. -
