    Comments: I especially liked the online docs for this tool -- they are not only useful for the tool itself, but a well-organized summary of many important processing issues for any DTI analysis.

    Comments: Excellent toolkit. Easy to use interface. Nice demos and sample data. Documentation is 99% sufficient and anticipates all possible issues for beginners!

    Comments: Not sure about the whole toolkit, but the Quick Look plugin is a great idea and works nicely!

    Comments: This is an excellent set of tools. The results of DTITK registration are remarkable. The programs are very easy to use for those with some command-line experience. The built-in conversion programs make it very easy to move data back and forth from DTITK to other tools (FSL, DTIStudio, etc.).
