Matlab GUI for the modelling and analysis of neuronal positioning in three dimensions

Purpose

This program can be used to analyse the spatial distribution of neurons in three dimensions. Common spatial statistics are implemented which allow for the quantitative characterisation of neuronal distributions. It can also simulate three dimensional distributions of neuronal somata using two common models.
