Scalable Brain Atlas
Object Tabs
The Scalable Brain Atlas (SBA) is a web-based interactive brain atlas which provides instant access to atlas templates of various species
Purpose
Among the supported templates are the Paxinos et al. Rhesus monkey atlas, the INCF Waxholm space (mouse), many macaque templates imported from Caret and several human templates.
The SBA shows the atlas parcellation in 2D and 3D, each region being selectable to reveal its properties and full 3D extent. If features quick searching for region names and display of the region index/hierarchy.
The atlas has a plugin-structure that allows external users to build their own app, and attach data or images to regions or stereotaxic locations in the atlas. Among the built-in plugins are the CoCoMac connectivity viewer (Macaque) and a service to transform coordinates amongst various mouse atlases.
Additional atlas templates are implemented on request, you are very welcome to supply data, preferrably as a Nifti label file.
