Whole Brain Catalog Mobile is an image viewing engine for high resolution neuroscience data

Purpose

WBCMobile currently presents images from:
- Cell Centered Database at UCSD
- National Center for Microscopy and Imaging Research at UCSD
- The Allen Institute for Brain Sciences Reference Mouse Atlas
- The Allen Institute for Brain Sciences Developing Mouse dataset
- The Allen Institute for Brain Sciences Human dataset
- The NIH Blueprint Non-Human Primate dataset
- Brainmaps.org (multiple datasets)

The image data is made available in accordance with acceptable usage agreements from the source providers.

WBCMobile was developed by Rich Stoner, Sidarth Vijay, Stephen Larson, and Mark Ellisman
